Growing up in the Skagit County of Washington State, I was lucky enough to be surrounded by agriculture, in the rich floodplains adjacent to the Padilla Bay Estuary. “The farmhouse” celebrates the valley’s rich identity and the memories of driving around and dreaming about the lives of farmers. The print is inked entirely by hand and hand-papercut - this is the only one in the series.
